Shipping Policy

  • All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S.
  • Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on delivery locations.
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING to our qualified members and customers located within 25 miles from our warehousing facilities. 
  • Self pickup allowed.
  • UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.
  • UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day, holidays, and other events that may occur.
  • Tracking number and delivery status will be E-mailed to you upon delivery.
  • Orders received on weekends and holidays to be processed on the next business day.
  • Additional time may require depending on the carrier's transit time and delivery schedule.
  • Order cannot be cancelled and or changed once ordered
  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes and APO addresses

Return Policy:

  • Goods can return within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Must present original invoice when you return your goods (purchases made at our warehouse)
  • Goods must be unused and packed in original packaging
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.
  • Goods return are subject to 25% restocking fee if packaging boxes are found damaged and bearing any marks other than our original shipping marks
  • Principally, customers bear to pay return shipping cost. We cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

  • Refund will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit
