- All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S.
- Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on delivery locations.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING to our qualified members and customers located within 25 miles from our warehousing facilities.
- Self pickup allowed.
- UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.
- UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day, holidays, and other events that may occur.
- Tracking number and delivery status will be E-mailed to you upon delivery.
- Orders received on weekends and holidays to be processed on the next business day.
Additional time may require depending on the carrier's transit time and delivery schedule.
- Order cannot be cancelled and or changed once ordered
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes and APO addresses
- Goods can return within 15 days from the date of purchase
- Must present original invoice when you return your goods (purchases made at our warehouse)
- Goods must be unused and packed in original packaging
- Custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Goods return are subject to 25% restocking fee if packaging boxes are found damaged and bearing any marks other than our original shipping marks
- Principally, customers bear to pay return shipping cost. We cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.
