Shipping Policy

• All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on delivery locations.
• We offer FREE SHIPPING to our qualified members and customers located within 25 miles from our warehouse facilities. Self pickup allowed.
• UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.
• UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
• Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, Holidays, and other events that may occur.
• Tracking number and delivery status will be E-mailed to you upon delivery.
• Orders received on weekends and holidays to be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy

• Goods can return within 15 days from the date of purchase.Must present original invoice when you return your goods (purchases made at our warehouse)
• Goods must be unused and packed in original packaging
• Custom-made items cannot be returned.
• Goods return are subject to 25% restocking fee if packaging boxes are found damaged and bearing any marks other than our original shipping marks
• Principally, customers bear to pay return shipping cost. We cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

• Refund will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

• Machine wash or rinse with cold or lukewarm water.
• DO NOT use Bleach or fabric softener.
• Must clean with regular detergent( Best Result Using our Microfiber Towel Wash).
• Without using the right soap or detergent dirt will stick on the back on the towel.
• DO NOT wash with dark colors or other laundry especially cotton fabric in washing machine.
• DO NOT use iron or High heat will literally melt the fibers while fabric softener and bleach will eliminate the electric charge that makes microfiber so effective.
• Tumble them dry on low heat or no heat in the Dryer.
• Air Dry for best results.
