Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on delivery locations.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to our qualified members and customers located within 25 miles from our warehouse facilities. Self pickup allowed.
UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday.
UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, Holidays, and other events that may occur.
Tracking number and delivery status will be E-mailed to you upon delivery.
Orders received on weekends and holidays to be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy

Goods can return within 15 days from the date of purchase.Must present original invoice when you return your goods (purchases made at our warehouse)
Goods must be unused and packed in original packaging
Custom-made items cannot be returned.
Goods return are subject to 25% restocking fee if packaging boxes are found damaged and bearing any marks other than our original shipping marks
Principally, customers bear to pay return shipping cost. We cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

Refund will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.
